Summary: Best move experience I’ve ever had!
Review: My original movers bailed 2 days before my scheduled move- – and A to Z Movers came to my rescue. When I contacted them on Friday, they were able to get me on the calendar that very Sunday! Their quote was VERY fair and when I ended up deciding to have them move a few more items, they were able to adjust quickly and then get going.
The team that arrived was super-focused, unfailingly polite, conscientious, so careful with my things and just plain nice people to be around.
Despite moving me from a 3rd floor walk-up to another 3rd floor apartment with no elevator, they moved quickly and not a single complaint – from the time they showed up and the time they drove away – it was under 3 hours (and that was going from Baltimore City to Columbia)!
Truly professional, fast, careful, affordable and sweet – just wanted to give them each a big hug! I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Review: A to Z Movers was wonderful to me. I initially found them on the Internet and saw that they had good reviews. Dave came out to do the estimate and I decided to use their service because I got a good feeling from them.
The movers that came out could not have been more polite and helpful. They helped me take my bed apart, which was something I did not know I needed to do. They were good with my kids and with the dog, and made a hard move all the more pleasant.
Everything worked out perfectly. I cannot say enough good about A to Z movers.

Review: A to Z Movers was very helpful. They moved me from an apartment to a condo and made 2 stops for me because I had to go to another house first.
I had a lot of delicate things and they were very good about being careful with everything. The move turned out much better than I expected because it was easier than I thought it would be.
I would encourage others to trust A to Z Movers. They do a good job. I was very happy with the service.

Summary: Quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
Review: I saw online that A to Z Movers was voted “Best of Baltimore Movers” by Baltimore Magazine. Also, they were the only company in Baltimore that charged by the items that had to be moved and not by time. I was impressed that the quote was focused on the items, which was why I decided to use them.
They sent 3 movers, who moved everything quickly from one place to the other. They were very polite and professional. The move was wonderful…they did a great job.
I would definitely recommend A to Z Movers because they were very professional, friendly, and customer-oriented. I had no concerns at all. It was a very positive experience.

Summary: Great job with move and communication with customer.
Review: I chose A to Z Movers because they were listed as No. 1 on the Better Business Bureau website and had an A+ rating. I think they only had one complaint in a reporting period of something like 24 months. After talking with Kimberly, I felt comfortable and confident that I was choosing a reputable, quality company.
My experience with A to Z Movers was excellent. They did a great job, not only in terms of the move but in terms of their communication with me.
We moved when it was snowing and we could not get everything moved the day we had anticipated. Because of their great communication, we were able to work out the scheduling kinks so that they could do the second part of the move a week or so later. They also helped me with pricing for the second move, so that it worked out to my benefit and satisfied me, the customer.
The movers were excellent. They were very caring and they took their time, listening to my requests, such as laying down mats in the new home.
A to Z Movers is a quality company, easy to communicate with and very respectful of the customer. They are willing to work with you.

Summary: 3 good moves with A to Z Movers
Review: A to Z Movers has moved me 3 times. They initially moved us from a ranch house into a bigger, 5-bedroom home. Then, 6 months later, I hired them to move my mother-in-law here from her place. The third move that they did for us involved moving our things from 2 different storage facilities at one location to our home. The movers did a good job, they were very helpful, and they hustled.
I dealt with the owner and manager of A to Z Movers, and they were nice guys. They also were pretty good with quotes. I had a checklist that we went through to figure out everything that I needed, and they were able to give me a fairly accurate quote based on that.

Summary: Went above and beyond to pick up furniture for me
Review: My experience with A to Z Movers was great. They were punctual and professional. They actually showed up 30 minutes early to go over the plan for the move.
Some of the people I had to pick up furniture from were unexpectedly out of town, so my move was a little disorganized, but the movers put up with it. They even went back to get some of the furniture that we could not pick up the first time. In this way, they went above and beyond what I expected.

Review: I have moved plenty of times and I was surprised at how smooth my experience with A to Z Movers was. I have used them twice now, first to move my whole house, and then again to move a piano, which was an intricate job. Their customer service and communication was excellent, definitely a 5-star rating.
A to Z Movers has fixed, flat-rate prices, and they give you a quote right away when you are on the phone with them, which I appreciated. They were respectful, informative, and very good at explaining everything to me. They did what they said they would and there were no surprises or extra charges. Everything turned out better than I expected because they were so good and quick.

Summary: Best Experience I’ve ever had with a moving company
Review: I was very pleased with the service provided to me by A to Z, from the help with my quotes to the move itself. I previously had a really bad experience with a moving company so I have been leary about using another one until now. A-Z is a stand-up company and they did not play any games with hidden costs or jacked up prices. I have some really nice furniture and did not want my stuff messed up, and they delivered for me. The crew I had was very polite and respectful of my belongings and me and my family. Hopefully, I will not need to move again but I will refer my friends and family to the company for future moving services. By the way, they did not try to break my back with the amount they charged. I’ll say, excellent service at a discount price.

Summary: Service commensurate with the price.
Review: I had to move twice recently in a short period of time. I have tried other moving companies in the past, but wasn’t happy with the service I received. I heard about A to Z Movers and decided to try them out.
They have a different system for rating price, which was more about inventory than about time. It was more expensive overall, but the service was commensurate with the price. I was very satisfied with the service. They were very careful, and went over everything I had box by box.
I liked their service so much that I used them the second time I had to move, three weeks later. They were pricier, but I have a lot of things and they took very good care of all of them. They were timely and it was a good experience.

I was very impressed by the movers. They worked very well together,had a good attitude, handled my furniture, clothing and glassware with expertise. I was also really impressed with the way they used used cardboard along the door frame so that my leather sofa would not be damaged. I was also informed by the mover who had the print out, about previous damage to my furniture. I had absolutely no damage done to anything after A to Z moved me. Also the way they packed items such as glassware was exceptional. I will recommend A to Z to everyone that I come in contact with who are going to move. Despite the August heat miday one of the movers told me that he liked working. I was really impressed. Keep up the good work guys.

Loved these guys! They worked hard, worked fast, were friendly and all of them had a great attitude. Although paid by the hour they definitely weren’t slackers. Among other things I had them move an armoire, and they re-stacked all of its contents neatly and without me asking them to. Everything from making the appointment to the follow up went smoothly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

This is my second time using A to Z Movers. My old apartment hallway was very tight and narrow. I was really impressed on how fast and careful they (Steve and Brent) were with my furniture. Steve didn’t want to damage my sofa and chair so he decided it would be best to remove my front door. I would recommend A to Z Movers to anyone. I plan to use them again in the future.
